1. GENERAL

1.1. This internet website is the official website of House of Delray (hereinafter: the “Hotel”).
1.2. Any person using this website declares that he has read the contents of these Terms and Conditions and agrees, without exception, to all the instructions and conditions contained herein. Neither he nor anyone acting on his behalf shall have any claim, demand or legal action, directly and/or indirectly, against the website, its owners, managers, representatives or the Hotel.
1.3. Any use of the masculine form throughout this website is for convenience only and shall be deemed to include all genders.
1.4. The website user acknowledges that all information appearing on this website is the exclusive property of the Hotel. The Hotel owns all copyrights relating to the information contained herein. The user undertakes to use the information solely for personal purposes and shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use any material appearing on this website, whether belonging to the Hotel or third parties, without the Hotel’s prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
1.5. The website user undertakes not to alter, distort or otherwise modify any information appearing on this website, nor perform any act that may damage its accuracy, credibility, reputation or the Hotel’s intellectual property rights.

2. RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. The user acknowledges that use of the website involves risks inherent to internet technologies and online communications.
2.2. The user bears sole responsibility for any use made of the information contained on this website.
2.3. All information is intended solely for the personal use of the website user. Any reliance placed upon such information shall be entirely at the user’s own risk. The user acknowledges that photographs displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only and that actual appearance may differ.
2.4. The information is provided “as is”. The Hotel shall not be liable should the information fail to meet the user’s particular requirements or expectations. Any use made of the information is entirely at the user’s own responsibility.

3. RESERVING ACCOMMODATION

3.1 General
3.1.1. This website may only be used for obtaining information and making accommodation reservations.
3.1.2. Reservations may be made by calling the Hotel Reservations Centre on +972 3-533-7133 or via this website.
3.1.3. Guests making reservations must provide their personal details, including passport or identification number, credit card details and the details of all accompanying guests.
3.1.4. Every reservation is subject to written confirmation by email, including a reservation number. Reservations not confirmed by email shall not be considered valid.
3.2 Details of the Purchaser
3.2.1. Users purchasing accommodation through the website will be required to provide personal information through the reservation system.
3.2.2. The Hotel shall not be responsible for errors made by users when entering reservation details, including dates, room selection or any other booking information, nor for technical failures preventing completion of a reservation.
3.2.3. Providing false information constitutes a criminal offence and may result in legal proceedings and claims for damages.
3.2.4. By making a reservation, the user agrees that his details may be stored in the Hotel’s database for reservation management, service improvements and communications relating to Hotel services.
3.3 Reservation Procedure
3.3.1. Reservations shall be submitted through the website.
3.3.2. Credit card details are required solely as a guarantee unless otherwise stated.
3.3.3. Full payment shall be made at the Hotel by cash and/or accepted credit card.
3.3.4. Certain rates, including non-refundable reservations, may require payment prior to arrival, subject to Hotel policy.

4. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

4.1. Prices displayed on the website are shown in US Dollars (USD) or New Israeli Shekels (NIS).
4.2. VAT shall be added for Israeli citizens in accordance with Israeli law.
4.3. The Hotel reserves the right to amend room rates, packages and reservation conditions at any time.
4.4. These Terms and Conditions may be amended without prior notice and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
4.5. The Hotel reserves the right to modify or suspend the website, its structure, services or content at any time without prior notice.
4.6. Room availability is limited and subject to availability.
4.7. Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.
4.8 Check-In / Check-Out
4.8.1. Check-In: 15:00
4.8.2. Check-Out: 12:00
4.8.3. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability, prior approval and additional charges.
4.9 Children
4.9.1. Baby: up to 2 years old.
Child: up to 12 years old.
4.9.2. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 21.
4.9.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
4.9.4. Users acknowledge that internet services may be subject to technical interruptions.

5. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

5.1. Cancellation must be received no later than 24 hours before arrival by 12:00 PM unless otherwise stated. Failure to cancel within the required period will result in a one-night cancellation charge.
5.2. In the event of a no-show, one night’s accommodation will be charged and the reservation will be released at 12:00 PM the following day.
5.3. Long stays and group reservations may require advance deposits under separate terms and conditions.

6. VARIOUS PROVISIONS

6.1. No additional guests may enter the Hotel without prior approval.
6.2. Hotel property and equipment may not be removed from guest rooms.
6.3. Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
6.4. Guests undertake to leave their accommodation in good condition and shall be responsible for damage beyond reasonable wear and tear.

7. PRESERVATION OF THE PROPERTY

7.1. Guests undertake to preserve the Hotel, its facilities and equipment and shall refrain from causing damage, whether intentionally or negligently.
7.2. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided as guarantee for any damage caused during the guest’s stay.
